& Cancellation Policies
Reservation Policies
1. A deposit of $100 per person will reserve your space &
equipment.
2. Deposits are refundable up to 120 days prior to trip start. (less a
$50 booking fee)
3. At 90 days out, the balance of 50% of the total fee is due.
4. The final balance is due 30 days in advance.
Group Reservations
Policies
1. Minimum group size is 6 full paying guests.
2. Group reservations must be made with Becky Wise: 877-398-6222 (877-EXUMA.BA).
3. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of your $100 per person
deposit.
4. Persons may be added (space available) up to 3 days prior to the trip
start.
Cancellation
Policies
1. Cancellation 120 days in advance- Full refund less $50 cancellation
fee
2. Cancellation 119-90 days in advance- $50 per person cancellation fee
3. Cancellation 89-30 days in advance- 50% per person cancellation fee
4. Cancellation less than 30 days in advance- No refund

Trip Insurance
We strongly suggest you contact www.worldtravelcenter.com
or other similar companies who offer travel insurance. This type of insurance
not only covers lost baggage, theft, medical evacuation, and more, but
it will refund all or a part of any non-refundable fees paid if a medical
emergency or death in the family prevents the traveler from taking the
trip. These policies are also available through local travel agents. For
