Menu
At least 3 meals will be at local Bahamian restaurants. The night of
your arrival the group will have dinner together at a local Bahamian restaurant
so you can meet your guides, and to go over logistics, packing, etc.
Breakfast
Breakfast each morning includes coffee, tea & fresh fruits
- Bacon or Sausage and eggs
- Island Coconut French Toast with butter and maple syrup
- Pancakes with butter and maple syrup
- Locally baked bread and pastries.
Lunch

- Tuna salad w/ soft tortillas
- Ham and Turkey sandwiches lettuce, onion and tomatoes. Mayo and mustard,
chips
- Chicken salad sandwiches
- Cookies
Dinner
Dinners include a variety if deserts and rum drinks, or beer & appetizers.
Please bring your own if you would like additional alcohol. Consider the
small space we have to pack supplies and trash in our sailboats.
-Crackers & Cheese
- Steak or Pork, Garlic mashed potatoes, salad
- Fish & jerk shrimp, rice, veggies
- Hamburgers and hotdogs, chips
- Chicken Fajitas with sautéed onions & peppers wrapped in
flower tortillas stuffed
- Jerk chicken, rice, salad or veggies
Deserts
Bahamian Rum Cake, Chocolate Fondue with fruit, Bananas Exuma
Locally baked pastries
If
the season & weather conditions allow, we may harvest fresh fish,
lobster and conch
to add some local flavor to the expedition menu.

Every sailboat will be provided a cooler with drinks, water and snacks
for hydration and energy while sailing. We will be packing a variety of
juices, soft drinks, etc. Please let us know your favorites!
