The Expedition
As you silently glide over sandbars, tidal cuts, and coral heads, your biggest decision is whether to stop at this perfect desolate beach, or to wait for the next one that lies just ahead. Maybe you should stop at both.
Imagine beaching your boat along with your other sailing companions (three-four Seapearls, support boat, six-nine adventurers and your guide), no one else has been here for several weeks, many areas are unreachable by conventional cruising boats.
The 365 Exuma Cays make up a 120 mile long archipelago, and are considered by many yachtsmen to be the most beautiful sailing grounds in the world.  The tidal ebb and flow between the shallow Great Bahama Bank and the deep cobalt blue of Exuma Sound creates dramatic color contrasts between every island.
Just as the people in the places you will see along the way are remarkable, so is the boat which we have chosen for you to sail.
The SeaPearl 21 has a shallow draft (less than 1 foot), essential for impromptu beach combing, passing over sand bars other boats are forced
to navigate around.  The boats clean functional lines are reminiscent of the traditional whale boat, designed by trial and error, to meet the challenges of the oceans throughout the world.  Keep your feet dry with a self-bailing cockpit, with a drain plug above the water line.
